Delivery Information

Indradhrum Herbal. use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you in excellent and intact condition.
• We ship all product same day or maximum by next day it is deliver to you 7-10 working days depending upon the location,.
• We ship only from Gujarat Vadodara. Once the product is shipped, tracking details will be shared.
• We will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if the order is cancelled within 3 hours (please refer our cancellation policy), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.
• If you cancel part of the order or if you return an order delivered to you (please refer our returns policy), shipping charges will not be refunded.
• As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.
• Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
• Any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 2 days of placing your order.

As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with name of courier Company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company.
